Indo Hap Ki Do incorporates a lot of self defense techniques that can be learnt by women for self defense and protection. As a home maker with no previous experience in Martial arts – I can genuinely say that Indo Hap Ki Do can be learnt irrespective of age and fitness level. Apart from the fitness benefits – this has also increased my concentration and self confidence
