Indo Hap Ki Do incorporates a lot of self defense techniques that can be learnt by women for self defense and protection. This training is really unique among all the martial arts. Our Dojunim is strict and brings in a lot of discipline when we are training. I have learnt a lot about self-defense techniques and my general fitness has improved a lot. I strongly recommend people to take this up
